2. Enquiries & Orders

  • Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed order. Orders are confirmed only after we communicate availability, pricing, and timelines with you.
  • Prices shown on the website are indicative and may change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of order shall apply.
  • We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order at our discretion.

3. Food Products & Freshness

Our products are perishable food items prepared fresh. Please follow the storage instructions provided for each product. As our items are consumable, returns are generally not accepted once delivered, except where the product is found to be defective or incorrect at the time of delivery.

4. Allergens

Some of our products contain ingredients such as egg, milk, ghee, wheat, and nuts, and may be prepared in a kitchen that handles these ingredients. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us before ordering.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Bulk and custom orders may require an advance payment.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made well in advance of the agreed preparation or delivery date. As our products are freshly made to order, cancellations made close to the delivery date may not be eligible for a refund. Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method.

7. Delivery

We offer free delivery all over India. Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
